For motors, horns and other manufacturing scenarios that rely on magnets, the technical indicators of magnetizing equipment directly determine the final performance of magnets, and at the same time affect the production yield of products. Therefore, in the selection process, we need to focus on the following six core technical indicators, as described below:

1. Why is magnetization uniformity the core selection index? How to judge the standard?

Magnetization uniformity is the key to determining the balance of magnetic field distribution of the magnet. Once the uniformity is not up to standard, the magnetic circuit of the motor will form an "uneven strength area", which not only triggers unstable rotational speed and higher operating noise, but also may directly affect the service life of the motor.
