This fixture is adapted to the JUJI 3050 magnetizer and is designed for magnetizing NdFeB materials in horn production scenarios. The core function is to stabilize the adsorption of NdFeB products during the magnetization process to ensure accurate positioning of the products and avoid shifting to affect the magnetization effect, which helps the efficient promotion of the horn production process.

This jig is the special equipment for JiuJu 3050 magnetizer in the horn NdFeB magnetization process, with the core function of adsorption and fixation of the product, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the magnetization process, and to provide reliable process support for the production of horns.
